ABOUT

Learn from Clive’s extensive experience in BSL interpreting, translation and training.Clive Mason is a Deaf native BSL user, Registered Sign Language Translator, interpreter, teacher, trainer and broadcaster with over 40 years’ experience across Deaf communication, BSL media, education, interpreting and translation.Known for his long-standing work on BBC’s See Hear, Clive has taught and mentored generations of interpreters, translators and Deaf professionals, and contributed to major national BSL broadcasts and professional training.His CPD training brings together lived Deaf experience, professional expertise and real-world practice — helping interpreters and translators develop clearer visual BSL, stronger professional judgement and greater confidence.BBC See Hear presenter • Early Deaf BSL television presenter • Registered Sign Language Translator • Interpreter • Lecturer • CPD trainer
